These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p65 governing your access to and use of the p65 online gaming platform at p65.one. Please read them in full before registering or using any service on p65.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of the p65 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts, with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes available as a first-instance remedy.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p65 ("p65", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at p65.one ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on p65, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
p65 operates under authorization from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), a government-owned and controlled corporation established under Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended. These Terms are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework, and in the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, the PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the p65 platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Player Wallet" | The PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's Account on the Platform, funded by deposits and credited with winnings. |
| "Real Money Play" | Any wager placed using funds deposited into a Player Wallet, as distinguished from any free-play or demo mode offered on the Platform. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to a Player Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations before a Player may process withdrawals from the Platform. |

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines, the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering for or accessing any real money gaming feature on p65. p65 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
The Platform is operated and licensed for use by Philippine residents. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law are doing so in violation of these Terms and accept sole responsibility for compliance with their local laws. p65 reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions it determines to be incompatible with its regulatory obligations.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, p65 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any balances derived through or associated with the duplicate account. Legitimate funds deposited into a duplicate account may be returned to the verified source payment method at p65's discretion following investigation.
p65 is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of its players. All Accounts are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is successfully completed. Accepted identification documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, SSS UMID, and Voter's ID. p65 may request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p65 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify p65 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. p65 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You are required to keep your Account information accurate and current at all times. p65 may contact you to request verification of Account details, and failure to respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary Account restriction pending clarification.
An Account is considered inactive after a continuous period of twelve (12) months without any login or financial transaction. p65 may apply an inactivity administration fee in accordance with its published fee schedule, deducted from any remaining Player Wallet balance. Players will be notified in advance of any inactivity fee being applied. An Account with a zero balance that remains inactive for an extended period may be closed at p65's discretion.
p65 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no requirement to bet a minimum number of times before withdrawing a cash deposit, subject to anti-money laundering compliance requirements. Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered p65 Account and previously used for deposit. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released. p65 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts as required under anti-money laundering regulations.
e-Wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank via InstaPay or PesoNet) are processed within 1–3 banking hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, system maintenance windows, or where enhanced verification is required. p65 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: p65 is required to comply with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and PAGCOR's AML regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transaction patterns.
Promotions and bonuses offered by p65 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering multipliers, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering progress may be tracked in the Promotions section of your p65 Account. Wagering is typically calculated at different contribution rates depending on the game type; slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in individual promotion terms.
p65 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings accrued from bonus funds where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using structured betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any determination of bonus abuse is made at p65's sole discretion following investigation.
Each game available on the p65 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, accessible via the information panel within the game interface. The rules of each game, including paytables, RTP figures, and win conditions, are provided by the respective game studios and certified by applicable regulatory or testing bodies. In all matters of game outcome, the game studio's certified system records take precedence.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome or recording of a wager, p65 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. Where it is not technically possible to determine the exact bet amount affected, p65 will make a reasonable determination in good faith. Malfunction voids all bets and pays — no winnings will be paid on a bet affected by a verified malfunction.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a gaming session, all bets already placed and accepted by the Platform prior to disconnection are valid and will be resolved. Winnings from such bets will be credited to your Player Wallet upon reconnection. p65 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p65 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
Fraud and Financial Crime: p65 will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, PAGCOR, and the Anti-Money Laundering Council in any investigation involving suspected financial crime. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or fraud will be suspended immediately pending investigation, with relevant transaction records preserved.
p65 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as an integral part of its operations under PAGCOR authorization. Increases to existing deposit or loss limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed or shortened regardless of the Player's request.
Players are responsible for ensuring that minors (persons under 21) do not access their p65 Account. Account credentials must not be shared with any other person. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to gaming platforms.

All content on the p65 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interface designs, and the p65 brand identity — is the proprietary property of p65 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from p65. Unauthorized use of p65 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
p65 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability. However, the Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned technical outages, or disruptions outside p65's control. p65 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability, provided that real money bets already accepted and resolved before any outage are honored in accordance with the recorded outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, p65's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. p65 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
p65 integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game studios, and identity verification providers. p65 is not liable for errors, delays, or failures on the part of third-party services, except where such failures directly result from p65's negligence in selecting or managing those third-party relationships.
p65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account, all open bets will be resolved in accordance with standard game rules, and any remaining verified cash balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and anti-money laundering checks.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting p65 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Players who have an active self-exclusion in place must wait until the exclusion period concludes before an Account closure can be processed differently from the exclusion.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by p65 is governed by the p65 Privacy Policy, available at p65.one/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
p65 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, law enforcement agencies, or other competent Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures are not a breach of the Privacy Policy.
p65 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or email notification, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amendment takes effect, except where a change is required urgently by PAGCOR regulation or Philippine law, in which case it may take effect immediately.
The current version of the Terms is always accessible at p65.one/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the p65 Platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to first contact p65 support to seek informal resolution. p65 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, Players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's published player dispute resolution process. PAGCOR's decision in player disputes involving licensed operators carries regulatory weight and p65 is bound to comply.
Any dispute not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted under Philippine law.
